Grassroots Adventures collects your first name and email address when you request information about one of our journeys.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- send you the itinerary or travel information you requested
- contact you about that journey
- respond to your questions or enquiries
- send relevant travel updates where you have agreed to receive them or where otherwise permitted
Providing your information is voluntary. If you do not provide your name and email address, we may be unable to send you the requested itinerary or respond to your enquiry.
Who may access your information
Your information may be accessed by Grassroots Adventures and by trusted service providers that help us manage enquiries, email communications, website services and advertising leads.
Some service providers may store or process information outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information handled by our service providers is appropriately protected.
We do not sell your personal information.
